Sclerotherapy
What is Sclerotherapy?
Sclerotherapy is a minimally invasive medical procedure used to treat spider veins and small varicose veins. A specialized solution — called a sclerosant — is injected directly into the affected veins, causing them to collapse and gradually fade from view. The body naturally absorbs the treated vein over time, restoring a smoother, clearer appearance to the skin.

How It Works
The sclerosant irritates the inner lining of the vein, prompting it to seal shut. Once the vein is closed off, blood flow is rerouted to nearby healthy veins. Over a period of weeks, the treated vein is reabsorbed by the body and becomes invisible.
Benefits of Sclerotherapy
